He’s a conservative, Christian Republican, a business owner, and a proven community leader rooted in Oklahoma values. Raised in Enid, Oklahoma, Victor brings both real-world experience and academic excellence, holding two master’s degrees in business and finance.

But his story isn’t about titles; it’s about service.

Victor has dedicated his life to lifting others up: serving in Rotary, active in 13 nonprofit boards, and actively engaging with chambers of commerce across the state. He currently serves as President of the Oklahoma Tribal Finance Consortium, is a principal at an accounting firm, and an investor in multiple small businesses; knowing firsthand the challenges and opportunities facing Oklahoma entrepreneurs.

His leadership is grounded in one simple truth: he’s been “Built by Struggle and Driven by Purpose.”

Victor believes in an Oklahoma First vision; one that champions small businesses, unites communities instead of dividing them, and he will position our state as America’s Crossroads of Commerce.
